This weekend at Rexy's place, I decided to make a cheesecake . . . Maple Pumpkin Cheesecake. I've never made one before, first time. I mentioned it to Rexy one time and he never forgot. Kept reminding me that I was going to make the cheesecake this weekend . . . too funny :O)
I found the recipe in the Country Register, picked one up at the Orange Circle, definitely a fun place to visit.

The cheesecake looking delicious in the oven after baking for 1 hour and 15 minutes then chilled in the frige for 2 hours . . . the wait was killing us.
Project completed and already eaten . . . Oh my!
