Taking a look back at Christmas 2018

 Thats the one, thats my trademark piece, one year I created a ornament that would represent who I really was as an artist.  I will forever love this piece.  Always happy to display her.

 Our ornaments can become so cherished over the years, they’re only out for a very short time once a year, but I can tell you a story about each one of them.

Lets not forget about Santa, this year I added a toy stove I found at a vintage swap meet here in Mission Viejo.  Always fun to put this display out.  These Santa’s are actually candy containers.  I like to surprise my kids aka adult kids with candy in them LOL!

Is this post all about ornaments or what?  Sorry, I love to share, the tree looked so pretty this year.  

 This one is a special ornament, my middle son, Brian got engaged this past October in Maine.  I thought it would be appropriate to create an ornament honoring him and his future bride Cassi.  Too sweet I might say!

This little cutie was made for my very dear friend, Jennifer.  I create a Christmas ornament every year for her, been doing it for awhile now.  This one reminds of her little one, “DJ”, he truly is a little doll.

 I see a little Sam Elliott in this one  . . . who doesn't like Father Time? LOL!

Lets not forget about the wrapped presents, one of my favorite things to do doing the holiday.  Its always fun to get creative.

This year, we did not have our traditional Christmas dinner with all my kids, Cassandra enjoyed her Christmas dinner with her boyfriend’s family.  She was missed, but instead we had a Christmas morning breakfast all together.

The Flamingo ornament honors my Dad who passed away last year.  He used to make and sell them.

The weather was gorgeous and so cold too, but the view was just too pretty. 

I ended the year with my oldest son Davey, having dinner at one of his favorite restaurants.  I actually had my very first lettuce wrapped burger, delicious.  Hope you all had a beautiful Christmas and Happy New Year!

p.s.  As you all know Rexy spent Christmas up north with his parents in Paradise, Ca. Unfortunately, they lost their home in the Paradise Camp Fire, please continue to keep them in your prayers.
